Studies in vision overload physiology and development of vision stress diagnostic methodology (2013 – 2015)
By establishing a new group of young scientists, we promote cross-sectoral – biomedicine, material science, vision physiology, public health and cognitive science – cooperation on which depends the maintenance and improvement of competitiveness in these sub-sectors of science of the University of Latvia in the global market. Establishing of a single group will contribute to export of applied research results and creation of new jobs. Involving young scientists from Latvia and foreign scientists in the scientific work and innovations at UL and ISSP UL new group, we will carry out cross-sectoral study to assess vision’s functional and visual perception parameters in case of vision overload.
