The Life Sciences Baltics conference is inviting health tech, med tech and biotech startups to apply for its pitch battle to take place in Vilnius, Lithuania on 21 September 2023. Applications are open until 4 August.

Eligible startups should be addressing a significant problem or challenge in the respective industry, have a clear understanding of the market opportunity and potential, and the ability to scale the business.

The team’s expertise and experience should be comprehensive, aligned with the startup’s mission and goals, and it should demonstrate the ability to execute on the business plan. Additionally, the startup should have a positive impact on society, human health and the economy. Spin-offs from large corporations, groups or chains will not qualify.

The main startup pitch battle prize is up to EUR 125,000 in investment by the Baltic Sandbox Ventures (BSV), an early-stage venture capital fund focused on fostering the life sciences and deeptech ecosystem in the Baltics. 

All 10 selected startups will gain access to all conference sessions, admission to the exhibition and a networking dinner.
