In order to promote the creation of an inclusive society and a family-friendly working environment, the state program “Family Friendly Workplace” implemented by the Society Integration Fund (SIF) was launched in 2021, and in the second quarter of this year, 38 employers throughout Latvia obtained the status of “Family Friendly Workplace”, according to information on the SIF website.
In the second quarter of this year, the Solid State Physics Institute of the University of Latvia, the association “Kurzemes NGO Center”, SIA “Smartlynx Airlines”, SIA “Amro Baltic”, SIA “Kurzemes Biznesa Incubators”, AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” and SIA “Riga water”.

So far, 150 organizations have already obtained the status of family-friendly workplace.
