The online conference "Nuclear Power for Latvia" took place on May 18. Among the lecturers was PhD, Dr.hab.phys., vice president of the Latvian Academy of Sciences and deputy director of the Institute of Solid State Physics Andris Šternbergs. He is also a scientific manager of Latvian organization in European consortium for the development of fusion energy Euro Fusion, and a representative of Latvia in the Iter and Euro Fusion commission and Fusion for Energy board.
