Latvian students won awards at the Nordic-Baltic Physics Olympiad, which took place online on May 6-13. In total, 19 students represented Latvia at the Olympiad.

12th grade students Rolands Lopatko and Viesturs Spūlis from Riga State Gymnasium No.1 won the first place and gold medal. Second place and silver medal were gained by Agata Kuznetsova, 11th grade student at RTU Engineering Secondary School, while 12th graders from Riga State Gymnasium No.1 Edgars Rūdolfs Vītiņš and Artūrs Aizstrauts, RTU Engineering Secondary School 12th grader Jonathan Miks Melgalvis, 11th grader Ralfs Šuba and 10th grader Kristaps Jukša took third place and bronze medals.
