The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) has launched open applications to five projects aiming to support start-ups and develop business ideas, as well as to shape knowledge and education in fields such as health, sustainability, and food systems.
EIT is an independent EU body that aims to increase Europe’s ability to innovate by nurturing entrepreneurial talent and supporting new ideas. It brings together leading organisations from business, education and research to form dynamic cross-border partnership. EIT’s activities are devoted to developing new products and services, starting new companies, and training a new generation of entrepreneurs in order to increase Europe’s competitiveness, economic growth and job creation.
