Recent growth of COVID-19 cases in Europe and Lithuania should shortly result into further travel and meeting restrictions. Since the health of participants is the most important issue for FM&NT-2020 organizers, the committee has made a final decision to organize the event completely online.
The conference will take place on November 23-26, 2020 on ZOOM platform.
Connection information will be distributed to all registered participants before the conference. The participants are advised to install latest version of ZOOM app. Connections using browser may cause limited functionality.
Invited talks are limited to 25 min and regular oral talks to 15 min, with additional 5 min Q&A sessions after each presentation. Participants are able to give their talks using Zoom app in real time according to the conference program. Alternatively they can send the organizers a prerecorded talk in advance (at least one week before the conference) and connect only for Q&A session in real time.
Virtual poster sessions will be organized as well. Participants are asked to prepare a PDF version of their poster and send in at least one week before the conference.
For those who have not yet registered to the conference, the registration deadline is November 1, 2020. It will not be possible to register to the conference after this date!
