On April 16, the first smart story conference of the Latvian Academy of Sciences (LAS) "Latvia after COVID-19" took place. The conference was attended by LAS academicians Ojārs Spārītis, Indriķis Muižnieks, Kaspars Tārs, Ivars Kalviņš, Andrejs Ērglis, correspondent member Guntis Strāriņš Šmits, businessman Normunds Bergs, economists Andris Miglavs, Pēteris Strautiņš and Jānis Ošlejs. The conference was held on the initiative of the LAS President, in cooperation with the LAS Honorary Doctor Peteris Apini and the support of RigaTV24.
