A senior researcher of the Laboratory of Kinetics of Self-Organized Systems Dr. habil. phys. Eugene Kotomin took part on the International Organizing Committee of the Conference and chaired the Program Committee.
The program committee was complemented by a senior researcher of the same laboratory Dr. phys. Anatoli Popov who also gave a presentation at the International school one day before the conference.
One of the invited speakers at the conference was Dr. phys. Vladimir Pankratov from the Spectroscopy Laboratory. The rest of the Institute’s team was Dr. phys. Sergey Piskunov and Dr.phys. Andris Antuzevičs presenting oral reports and Dr. habil. phys. Andris Sternberg, Dr. habil. phys. Linards Skuja, Dr. habil. phys. Nina Mironova-Ulmane, Dr. phys. Krišjānis Šmits and Dr. phys. Edgar Elsts with posters.
